    Have you ever considered creating a mobility series? I have been using the hip mobility at least once a week as I go through the 4.0 program. It is sooooo good and just what my body needs. Thank you so much for so generously sharing your wisdom-I'm 57 and very much want to go into my senior years strong and mobile.

    Need an alternative to the hamstring curl with a weight between the feet. It is too hard to keep the dumbbell there, becomes frustrating and I miss out on the exercise. Otherwise, this is a great leg day!
